Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA), is produced by the hydrolysis of polyvinyl acetate which is made by the polymerization of vinyl acetate monomer, is classified into two main groups namely full hydrolyzed and partially hydrolyzed grades. Fine powder of polyvinyl alcohol, is produced by the milling and smashing of partially hydrolyzed grades of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), is an environmentally sensitive water soluble white powder.
